Cancellation policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow that space to be reserved for another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Trauma Informed Care: Feeling safe during your session is essential for healing whether that be physically, mentally or spiritually. We recognize that many people have been through challenging circumstances and do our best to hold space for your nervous system to heal. We are CPTSD aware and supportive of LGBTQ+ as well as others sensitive to energy or touch.
Liability Waiver: I understand that massage, Reiki, sound healing, shamanic journeys, crystal healing, divination and other energy work shared here are meant to offer another lens through which to understand the body, mind and spirit, not to replace medical guidance or treatment. If you are experiencing physical symptoms, please listen to your body and seek the care that feels appropriate. I believe true healing often asks us to look at both the physical and the emotional or spiritual layers, with love, wisdom, and discernment.
I have informed Journey of the Soul Healing, LLC of any medical conditions, allergies and injuries that may be pertinent to receiving care.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions I accept full responsibility for my healing journey and release Journey of the Soul Healing, LLC and its members from liability outside of gross negligence or misconduct.
