Cancellation policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We do our best to accommodate your schedule needs and while we understand that life happens, it can be difficult to fill a spot on short notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Inappropriate Behaviour Policy: We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or misconduct, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services and payment will not be refunded. Respect and safety are honored and extended to you as a client and reciprocation of this is appreciated.

If you are experiencing significant physical injury, emotional challenges or mental health issues, consider seeking guidance from a qualified healthcare practitioner or therapist. Some suggestions may be recommended during your session to assist in supporting your healing process and these are your responsibility to research and follow up with your professional providers as you see fit.

Receiving energy work may support life transformational shifts. The empowerment of your healing is in your hands and only you can decide whether a recommendation or suggestion should be accepted and explored. Your own intuitive guidance is honored and encouraged on this journey. Energy work and massage are complimentary services to your wellness routine, not intended as a diagnostic service or replacement for professional medical care.

Liability Waiver: I understand that massage, Reiki, sound healing, shamanic journeys, crystal healing, divination and other energy work can be a valuable tool for spiritual growth, emotional support and physical recovery, however, they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological help when needed. I have informed Journey of the Soul Healing, LLC of any medical conditions, allergies and injuries that may be pertinent to receiving care.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions I accept full responsibility for my healing journey and release Journey of the Soul Healing, LLC and its members from liability outside of gross negligence or misconduct.
